This is an informal survey that asks you what sorts of teaching styles suit your instruction, and for what purposes. The idea is to ascertain whether your preferred teaching techniques can be accommodated in online networked teaching environments, and with what technologies and authoring platforms this might be possible.
Although you may complete this form anonymously, I would prefer to know who you are so that conversation about these issues may be pursued in greater depth. The purpose of this survey is solely for collegial conversation about teaching.
Thank you for taking the time to answer these questions.
1. Today's date:
2. Your Name (leave blank if you prefer anonymity):
3. Please indicate one or more course(s) that you would consider restructuring for a networked online learning experience.
